Menus

Cooking classes are one of the main Eco Oasis activities on the programme and the following dishes are just a sampling of the menus we will enjoy every day:

Cold dishes buffe

Cold Buffé

 

Breakfast: Drinks: Almond, oats, soy, coffee, herbal infusions, Whole meal bread, Tomato, Vegetable oil, Vegan spread cheese, Muesli, Organic seasonal fruits

Lunch: Salads

Starters: Vegetable pates

First course: Cream or soup

Second course: Moorish seitan, stuffed vegetables, pasta or soy with sauce.

Dessert: Vegan fruit mousse or vegan rice pudding

Dinner: Fruits, Salads

First course: Cream or soup

Second course: Steam vegetables (bio)

Dessert: Vegan fruit mousse or vegan rice pudding

Note: Menus will change according to availability of fresh seasonal produce and will be displayed daily during your stay.
